This coastal vacation home provides 6-bedrooms, 8-bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 18 guests. The family-friendly home is 3,730 square feet of luxury living nestled within the towering palms, pines, and oaks of Singleton by the Beach. This vacation getaway is fully furnished, full of amenities, and minutes away from the ocean. The home is decked out with custom materials including hardwood floors, stone floors, stone showers, custom lighting, and stylish coastal décor.

As you enter this beautiful home, you’ll find the first primary bedroom to the right. The spacious bedroom includes a smart TV, a king-size bed, a full bath with a custom vanity, a walk-in shower, and a shared door leading out to the hall. A few steps away is a beautiful open floor plan, which includes a large eat-in kitchen, state-of-the-art appliances, and a gas stove. To the right of the kitchen is an eating or gaming area with a table that seats 4. To the left is a beautiful dining room table that seats 10. The living room is spacious and includes a smart TV with plenty of seating and a wall of windows to enjoy the outdoors. 

You can take the stairs or the elevator down to the private, covered pool deck. The pool has plenty of seating, a full bathroom, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower. You can take the elevator or the stairs to every level of the house. 

The second level offers Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, each with their own bathroom. The second bedroom includes a smart TV, a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a balcony, and an ensuite with a double vanity, bathtub, and shower. Bedroom 3 includes a smart TV, a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a single vanity, shower, and bathtub. Down the hall is the second primary bedroom, which includes a smart TV, a king-size bed, and an ensuite with a double vanity, a separate jetted bathtub, and a rainforest walk-in shower. Its colorful South Carolina décor will inspire!

On the third floor, you are greeted by a wet bar with a wine rack, a mini fridge, and a glass cabinet for storage. Bedroom 5 to the right is spacious and private and includes a smart TV, a king-size bed, a day bed that sleeps two, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom stone shower and double vanity. Its tropical-themed linens and furnishings are sure to make guests feel like they are in paradise.

Down the hall is Bedroom 6 which sleeps 8 guests on twin bunk beds, a smart TV, two walk-in closets, an ensuite with double vanities, and a rainforest shower. The 8th bathroom is just outside the 6th bedroom and includes a double vanity and shower.
The next level is where you’ll find the spectacular rooftop deck. This beautiful, private space has plenty of seating and is ideal for cocktails, lying in the sun, or simply relaxing and taking in the coastal breezes. 

Beach Access Options:

Golf cart shuttle: The neighborhood’s free beach shuttle runs daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Simply call for service. The homeowners have provided some beach gear in the garage including several chairs and a beach cart.

Walk: Continue down Singleton Beach Road. Take the first left. The park runs on both sides of the street to Burke’s Beach Road. Beach access is at the end of Burke’s Beach Road. It is a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk depending on your pace.

Drive, park, walk: Guests preferring to drive can seek free parking at Chaplin Community Park, paid parking at Driessen Beach Park or free parking at Coligny Beach Park.

This beautiful vacation home is conveniently located a few blocks away from Chaplin Community Park where you will find free parking, a playground, tennis courts, beach access, and much more. Singleton Beach is private and ideal for spending a day in the sun. If you or your family are hungry Coco's on the Beach is the perfect spot. They serve food, ice cream, and cocktails during the day. 

THINGS TO KNOW 

✓  The total number of vehicles allowed is four. You can park two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage. The town prohibits parking on the street or in unapproved areas such as grass or pine straw, however, there is a community parking area a few houses down with prior notice, and one additional parking space is available on the community's cul-de-sac. 
✓  Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
✓  Pets are not allowed.
✓  The kidney-shaped private pool measures 9’ x 16’. Safety equipment for the pool is not included.
✓  The Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓  Elevator measures 34” x 40” and is not ADA compliant.
✓  The fireplace is only for decoration.
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
