✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓  Pets, smoking, and events are prohibited.
✓  The house does not have pool access in Shipyard. Pool access may be available for an
additional charge. Contact Host for details.
✓  4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
✓  7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
