As you enter 20 Cartgate, you'll be greeted by a light-filled, beautifully updated interior that immediately feels welcoming. Its open floor plan contributes to a sense of expansiveness, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and comfort. Step into the spacious living room, designed for entertaining with ample comfortable seating. To the right, a beautiful solid wood dining table sits by a large bay window, offering a view of the front yard.  

Beyond lies the eat-in kitchen, which overlooks the pool, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee. Adjacent to it, an exquisite chef’s kitchen boasts a double oven and full equipment, ideal for holiday feasts. The open floor plan extends into a large family room, furnished to accommodate gatherings, making it a hub of warmth and conversation.

The highlight of this home is its private yard. At its heart lies a newly installed, free heated pool and splash-down spa, perfect for unwinding or fun water activities. Surrounding the pool, a lush grassy area invites guests to enjoy outdoor games. 

For dining al fresco, there’s a designated area complete with a propane grill, while sun loungers offer the perfect spot to soak up the sun after a refreshing swim or a lively game. This outdoor haven seamlessly blends comfort with leisure, creating an ideal setting for memorable moments.

The first-floor primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed and a cozy chaise lounge, ideal for relaxation with direct pool access via the back porch. It also features dual walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom equipped with a large soaking tub, rainforest shower, dual vanities, and a skylight for natural illumination.

The second main level bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an ensuite with a shower bath, and hallway access. A short flight of stairs leads up to the third bedroom, which is furnished with a king-size bed, twin bunk bed, optional crib, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

✓  The total number of vehicles allowed is five, three in the driveway and two in the garage. 
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass.  
✓ Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $28.00. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓  Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
Pets are not allowed.
✓  4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24.
✓  7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓  New Pool and Spa. No safety equipment is provided.
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
