The kitchen boasts plentiful counter space, ideal for preparing family meals, and the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer eliminates the need for external laundry services.

The bedroom is comfortably equipped with a king-size bed, and a large window that floods the space with natural light. Living area boasts a sleeper sofa for extra guests. A nearby bathroom in the hall includes a walk-in shower and a large vanity, ensuring ease of use for all.

Guests can take advantage of the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley, available to take guests between designated stops and the Beach Club between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

✓  1 dog allowed 60 lbs. $300 non-refundable pet fee required.
✓  3-night minimum stay is required 
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓  Pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment, swim at your own risk.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓  Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort’s organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
