As you enter 24 Cartgate, you'll be greeted by a light-filled, beautifully updated interior that immediately feels welcoming. Its open floor plan with vaulted ceilings contributes to a sense of expansiveness, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and comfort. The spacious living room is designed for gatherings, complete with ample comfortable seating and large bay windows that not only flood the space with light but also offer scenic views of the backyard, bringing the lowcountry's natural beauty indoors and enhancing the indoor-outdoor vacation vibe.

Step into the eat-in kitchen, ideally situated with views of the pool, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or casual dining. Adjacent to this, an exquisite chef’s kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances, ready to handle holiday feasts with ease. The open layout continues into a formal dining room, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group to enjoy meals and conversations together.

The highlight of this home is its private yard. At its heart lies a pool and splash-down spa, perfect for unwinding or fun water activities. Surrounding the pool, a lush grassy area invites guests to enjoy outdoor games. Add-on touches like outdoor shower and hammock in the wooded lush greenery bring this fuzzy feeling of unforgettable vacation.

For dining al fresco, there’s a propane grill and dining area with seating for 6 on the deck, while sun loungers offer the perfect spot to soak up the sun after a refreshing swim or a lively game. This outdoor haven seamlessly blends comfort with leisure, creating an ideal setting for memorable moments.

Unwind and Restore

The first-floor primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed, ideal for relaxation with direct pool access via the back deck. It also features a luxurious bathroom equipped with a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and windows for natural illumination.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Loft with varied sleeping arrangements, perfect for large families! 

The loft features four full beds set up as bunks, a queen-size sleeper sofa, foosball table, smart TV with cable and streaming and Marvel versus Capcom Video Console game, making it a perfect spot for a slumber party for younger members of the group. Bedroom 2 is located just off the loft with a queen-sized bed and smart TV. A shared bathroom with a walk-in shower is just outside of the bedroom which also serves the loft guests. 

Down a few steps, guests enter the second wing of bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features 2 full-sized beds and shares a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the loft. Bedroom 4 also features 2 full-sized beds and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Other Things to Know about 24 Cartgate: 

✓  Beach Towels Provided.
✓  The total number of vehicles allowed is 6, four in the driveway and two in the garage. 
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw.
✓  This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass.  
✓  Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $28.00. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓  Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
✓  The pool does not have safety equipment. Swim at your own risk.
✓  The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓  One dog under 60 pounds is allowed with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
