Beyond, discover a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen equipped with two new Bosch dishwashers. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table seats 10, complemented by an additional built-in eating area for 8, plus two refrigerators and freezers for all your culinary needs. Nestled between the dining and living rooms, a cozy porch with seating provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

Unwind and Restore

The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed with two lofted twin extra-long beds. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 3 includes bunk beds and connects to a bathroom shared with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 features a queen size bed and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 5 is on the middle level with a king-size bed and ensuite. 
The primary bedroom is located down the hall and includes a king-size bed, spacious ensuite with double vanity sinks, and a beautiful rainforest shower. A sunny sitting area with an ice maker, and wine fridge is located off the primary bedroom suite. The sitting area offers a sofa during the day which transitions to a queen bed at night.

✓  The total number of vehicles allowed is six, five are allowed in the driveway and one in the garage. Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass.  
✓  Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $28.00. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓  Pets are not allowed.
✓  Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓  The private pool is 14’ X 24’ with a 5’ in diameter spa. Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included, swim at your own risk.
✓  The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓  4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24 
✓  7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓  Maximum stay of two weeks.
✓  EV charger is located in the garage.
✓  Elevator is not ADA compliant.
✓  The fireplace is only for decoration.
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
