The ground floor includes a three-car garage and direct access to a private backyard oasis with a stunning built-in pool, TV, comfortable seating, and lounge chairs—perfect for relaxation and leisure.  Unlike other homes in the area, our pool is heated complimentary, without additional charges for you.

The first primary bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a queen-size bed and a front porch with rocking chairs. Upstairs, the second primary bedroom features an ensuite and a private porch with a swing. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a porch, while Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds with trundles, accommodating six guests, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3. A washer and dryer on this level add convenience.

Just a short walk away is Fish Haul Beach Park, overlooking Port Royal Sound—ideal for sunning, walking, and bird watching, with amenities like restrooms and free shaded parking.

✓  Beach Towels Provided
✓ This house has parking for a total of four vehicles. Three will be in the garage and one in the driveway. 
✓ The town prohibits parking on the street or in unapproved areas such as grass or pine straw
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
✓ 1 dog under 60 pounds is welcome with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓ A 13' x 24' private pool. Safety equipment for the pool is not included. 
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
