Head downstairs from the deck or access the pool deck area through the Family room sliding doors. Take a break from the sun and sand in the shaded oasis of Lowcountry greenery, sip your favorite vacation beverage and enjoy a book on sun loungers by the pool. As night approaches, soak in the splash-down spa under the stars. Life cannot be any better!

On the main level, the first primary suite beckons with a plush King-sized bed, private balcony and a spa-like ensuite featuring a double vanity and a soaking tub. Second King bedroom is also located on the main level and boasts large windows with tranquil nature views and en-siuite with walk-in shower. 

Lower level features 2 guest rooms with 2 Twins each with one of them offering access to the outside private patio through large sliding doors. They both share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Extra guests will find additional sleeping arrangements in the lower level Family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. For added convenience, there is also a half bathroom located on the main level.

✓  This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation. 
✓  Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes at $17.00 ea per Sea Pines. 
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  One dog 60 pound maximum allowed with payment of $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓  The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
✓  The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities at your own risk.
✓  The pool and spa heat are available for an additional $100.00 per day. Contact the host to order pool and spa heat.
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓  Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort’s organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
