✓ 1 paid car pass is included with your reservation, please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes at $25.00 ea per Shipyard Resort
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓  Pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment, swim at your own risk.
✓  4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
✓  7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓  This property is pet-friendly. A $300.00 non-refundable pet fee is required. One dog with a maximum of 60 pounds will be allowed.
