This family-friendly home spans 2,664 square feet of luxurious living, nestled among the towering palms, pines, and oaks adjacent to Driessen Beach Park.The home has recently undergone a stunning renovation where stylish coastal décor meets modern comforts for your worry-free vacation. Added conveniences like Pack'n'Play, high chair and smart TV in every bedroom will add a nice touch to your comforts and less packing.

Outdoor Oasis

Access the home via a covered garage, which leads into a game room—perfect for entertaining the younger members of your group or rainy days. At the basement level, discover a private outdoor deck featuring a kidney-shaped pool and lounging area, essential for your beach getaway. This secluded space provides the perfect atmosphere to relax and rejuvenate after a day spent by the ocean. Fire up the propane grill and savor your BBQ favorites while dining al fresco under the stars with your loved ones.

Step inside this inviting home to a beautiful open floor plan. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, adjacent to a dining room perfect for sharing meals and laughter. 

Southern indoor-outdoor living is at its finest here, with large sliding doors that open to a balcony, offering fresh ocean breezes ideal for morning coffees. 
The spacious living room features ample seating and large windows that bring the outdoors inside, creating the perfect setting for comfort and relaxation.

The home's unique layout is excellent for both multi-generational family gatherings and hosting several small groups, ensuring privacy when needed. For supreme comfort, we recently upgraded home with brand-new luxury mattresses and hotel-grade bedding. 

On the main level, find the first primary bedroom with a King-size bed and ensuite. Main level also features a half-bathroom for convenience of the group.

The second level houses one more King en-suite bedroom and four guest bedrooms with varied sleeping arrangements that share two additional bathrooms between them.

Venture Outside

Adjacent to Driessen Beach Park, this vacation home offers easy beach access, complete with playground, grills, showers, and restrooms. A boardwalk through a natural setting leads to the beach, with beach matting available for easier navigation across the sand. With a complete set of beach gear, including beach chairs and a rolling cooler, packing for a day at the beach will be a breeze.

✓  The total number of vehicles allowed is four, two are allowed in the driveway and two in the garage. 
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  Pets are not permitted, please plan accordingly.
✓  Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓  The private pool is not heated. 
✓  Safety equipment for the pool is not included, swim at your own risk.
