Beautiful place, updated with close beach access!

We loved this little beach condo for our family vacation to Hilton Head. It being our first time in the area the location and host's guides made it easy to navigate. Having two little ones there was plenty of space for us all to feel connected but have a moment of peace, and is one block away from the beach which made it easy to pop back and forth to squeeze in afternoon naps. And there is a pool within eye sight of the front door if you don't want to brave the waves. Right across the street there is a pretty large selection of shops and restaurants, so you really don't need to leave the neighborhood. But if you choose to, the host provided a convenient google maps guide that spotlight some of the top eateries on the island. Overall, our stay was comfortable and the host was very responsive when we needed them. The condo was well equipped with what we needed for our stay and for a beach day . I'd recommend this for anyone looking for good value in a great location.

We are long time vacationers and owners on the island and have stayed at North Shore Place before so when I saw this newly renovated unit,I knew immediately that's where we wanted to stay this trip. We love the location- just across the street from Coligny and very close to the beach. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful condo!

Amazing property and photos matched the place exactly. The property is recently refreshed and probably one of the nicest we have stayed in around HHI. The porch was fantastic with a great evening view and a nice breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with and fitted with all new appliances. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and great linens. The beach is across the street and about 100 yards from property to your feet touch sand. There was always parking available, and the access was easy.

Great stay, will be back! The home looks exactly like the photos-the huge patio was great and had a high enough railing that it felt safe with my toddler there. Can't beat this location we hardly had to use the car the whole trip it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, park. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it was never packed so that's good. The covered parking was great when there were a few surprise storms, they also have luggage carts to get up and down the elevator with all your things easily.

Beautiful, clean condo in a very nice area. Looks just like the photos! Close to everything (shops, restaurants, beach etc.) We had a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend!Private note from Adam5 stars all around.

This home is very nice and the location is superb, it's central and walkable to the beach and all restaurants and shops in coligny. The home was clean and even provided some items we weren't expecting, such as beach towels. When we arrived there was a nice gift basket with chocolates and snacks and coffee and the unit came with a nice portion of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish and laundry detergent. If we needed anything, host and home was very responsive. Note that the pool is not heated. We were there the first week of April so still too cool to really swim in the ocean or an unheated pool, which meant everyone at the complex was sharing the small hot tub. According to some residents we met, the pool is never heated so just be aware. The twin bedroom is actually a full bunk with trundle so lots of sleeping space. Overall = amazing. We have a 5 yr old and 9 mos old and so to be able to walk to everything easily was priceless. 10/10 recommend.

Vrbo 5/5! We live on the island and had to rent a condo while repairs were being done at our home. You can't beat the location of this condo. The condo is one block from the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. You can sit on the large balcony and listen to the live music across the street at Fish. The condo is gorgeous and decorated nicely. We had everything we could possibly need. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. The entire unit was very clean. We were so surprised by the lovely gift basket when we arrived - great touch! We highly recommend this wonderful condo.4/2/2024 at 5:17 PM

They sent us the access codes in advance, so check in was a breeze. When we arrived, the condo was spotless. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Clearly the owner spared no expense. Unit #502 was recently renovated and everything was brand new. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the open floor plan with views from every window. WIFI worked great and all 3 TVs had Spectrum Cable. There's even a washer and dryer. But best of all is the lanai! The sunset views were breathtaking. And you can see the beach and the coastline for miles. We had access to a pool on the 4th floor and also at its sister property, SeaCrest. Nearby is the Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Communication with Kelly at Host + Home was outstanding. She called to make sure everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
