✓  This property is in the gated community and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Parking passes are $35.00 each. These should be purchased through the host prior to arrival.

pine straw.
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓  Pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment. All activities at your own risk.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓  Pets are not permitted.
✓  This villa is on the third floor without elevator access.
✓  The laundry facilities are located in a different building from the villa
